(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So i have a 3.55 Rogero cfw that is supposed to have a 4.11 spoof inside of it. The firmware version on system settings says 4.11. I tried data transferring but it kept saying after about 10-15 minutes of please wait... on both PS3's they it says: either the ethernet cable isn't plugged up or the other ps3 isn't on. I have been trying to first transfer my 4.11 to the 3.55 so I don't lose my data. Before I click data transfer it shows a message saying you have copyrighted content on this ps3, in order to use it on the other ps3 you must deactivate all accounts on this ps3. If I don't deactivate the accounts, when I data transfer my patches back to the 4.11 will they be usable and good?
And also I'm using an Xbox360 internet ethernet cable If that makes any difference?

Questions are answered.
Copyrighted content does not contain patches.
Copyright content may be anything like games on your PS3 all the way to movies and music you bought from the PS Store.

Also, is your problem saying that it's connecting for awhile? How much memory is used on your HDD on both PS3s?
Depending on the wire, it could be the wire isn't working properly if it connects for some time. If the wire is chewed or anything, then nothing will happen besides a concrete connection without transfer.

// Try a new wire
// Try doing things simultaneously

If this isn't the case and it's the copyrighted thing caution, then don't worry and deactivate at will.

The ethernet cable i just unwrapped out of the bag. I figured it could just be the spoofer. And would dlcs that costed money fall under the copyrighted material category?

i used to have the problem that it wasn't linking the two ps3's together, but i found an easy fix. Okay so on the ps3 that is transfering the data, go to data transfer, click the one that says from this ps3 to the other, a notification will pop up and click no. Then a page will pop up with directions and the work ok at the bottom. DONT CLICK IT! just leave it there and switch to your other ps3. On the other ps3 go to data transfer and then idle over the button that says from other ps3 to this one. So then at the same time hit X on both controllers and wait about 30 seconds and they should connect.

Hope this helps Smile

You only have 1 controller for 2 ps3's???
well then you'll have to be fast. get everything set up on both ps3's and then start with the one that says click okay, then do the other. Other than that, i can't help you.

Can anybody confirm that if I don't deactivate the accounts before data transferring it won't delete all my psn store dlc's

Before you start the data transfer, both ps3's should be turned off and plugged in with the ethernet cord.

It deletes all the DLC's from your ps3, but not the PSN store. All you have to do is go back into the psn store and redownload them
