No, the Xploder program is to sign a game save to your PSN. Ex.) If you sent me your mw3 game save for survial mode, I normally wouldn't be able to use it because it would be signed to your PSN and ps3. With Xploder im able to sign you save to my PSN and ps3, and it will fully work.
