Now i have downloaded more games (bayonetta for example), extract rar, and I have BLESxxxx, put this folder in my hd external in fat32 in PS3->GAMES but when I start multiman I have just the cd who I have in ps3, nothing bayonetta.

Yea that happens to me too, so I just use Rogero Manager. I think its much better for running back ups.
