EBOOT.BIN fixes usually only come about when an update for a 3.60+ game is released, and the update package is signed with 3.55 keys. So you're a bit out of luck.
This is what DRM dongles like the True Blue are used for, I don't know how they work though.
Although, you may be in luck because E3 team (correct me if I'm wrong) have discovered a new way to create EBOOT.BIN fixes, there's a thread somewhere about it; I'll edit this post later with the link if I can find it.
If you don't want to wait for them to release how to do it (if they do), just buy a DRM dongle.
