If you are trying to play on 1.13 - go to game data utility and delete your WHOLE mw2 patch from the game data utility then redownload the patch. When you go in to mod the patch make sure that you only copy and replace the patch_mp.ff

If you are trying to play on bypass - Go to game data utility and delete the WHOLE mw2 patch from the game data utility then insert a 1.11 mw2 pkg and go through the files and delete the "defult_mp.self" and "defult.self" then copy and replace the patch_mp.ff with a modded one, use a patch blocker and search for games in Team deathmatch and Free for all.
