can anyone tell me how i can play DLC's on cfw kmeaw 3.55?

i have kmeaw 3.55 with 4.20 spoof + psn enabler. this works perfect i can sign in.

but when i want to load something from psn store it comes a error code 80029780.

what i do wrong?

i my case i want to play the ninja gaiden DLC packs on my cfw ps3.
