Rogero's CFW v3.2 is pretty sick its spoofed 4.20 but dont allow SEN access.

Installing Kmeaw's CFW
Then just follow Derek's tut

But im using Rogero's CFW Because i dont want to get my jailbroken PS3 banned if i want to play online i just use the retail one

hm depends if you want to be safe use geohot's if not use kmeaw's CFW,Rogero's CFW i use Rogero's cfw because i dont bother with homebrew apps or work on things lol
