You can't use homebrew with broken blu ray or no blu ray. Try Gizmos method by disconnecting blu ray and only connecting the logic board, it might work but idk, it didn't work for me.
Also what exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to put a patch on because i'll show you how without blu ray.
And as of know I don't think their is anyway to use homebrew without getting black screen as I have a 3.55 on rogero as well.
But if any of you find something, tell me.
