The only way right now is the E3 Flasher or the ProgSkeet which both require taking apart your PS3 and installing them. There is no easier way.

You need a downgrade chip. You can easily fuck up your system doing it though so I reccomend just either selling your ps3 and buying a cfw or buying a cfw and keeping updated one to transfer to.
