I've heard it only works on 3.7X PS3s. And before you ask anything, there is NO 4.21 CFW or jailbreak and that method is not for a jailbreak or CFW.

It doesn't if you even decrypted the files your ps3 would be bricked. It sucks but wait until someone tries to make a CFW that will be able to downgrade with a regular USB. It might be possible. We will just have to find out.

i dont think it does work its very complicated i've heard also.

if i were you i'd just buy a 3.55 you can find them pretty cheap on ebay and craigslist prices range from around 200$-400$ but i know how the economy is right now money's tight so you'll probably just have to wait till Dev's come out with a CFW,Downgrade,Or something even more cool i heard The E3 Team is working on a Dongle that enables a JB For 3.56+ Firmwares who knows though only time will tell :p
