A: Dex firmware is a debug/test firmware for sony game testing. You can install any packages and do whatever you want with this firmware.
You can't go online with this firmware, and you might not use this unless you have a hardware flashing because it's a high chance of bricking your ps3.

First of all, you need a program called elitemossy patchblocker.

1: Download the link above.
2. Open up elite mossy patch blocker
3: You can see a bypass code and a port.
4. Turn on your ps3 (if you already have that's good)
5. Go to networks settings then internet connection settings.
6. Use your main settings until you find proxy server
7: Now go back to your pc and open up elite mossy patch blocker.
8: Enter the bypass code in the "adress bar", then enter the port in your elitemossy patchblocker, which will always be 8080.
9: Press the right dpad.
10: Press dpad right 2 times then you will get a list.
11: Press start blocking, do NOT test your internet connection!
12: Just wait for it to sign in
13: Delete your mw2 online game data save!
14: You are now bypassed.

Q: How can I take off a 4.21 spoofer?
From what I know, there is no way to get rid of a 4.21 spoofer unless you re-install your cfw. There might be some ways in the future but not yet

Me neither, that's why I posted a really understandable step by step toturial for the e3 flasher A e3 flasher costs around 80$ so it's kind of expensive, you also should have a backup ofw in case something goes wrong I also posted a 4.21 to 3.55 ofw in my thread, But you should not try this until someone confirms that it's not a scam The service is in the us and costs 50$.
