Download a patch
Download Blackb0x FTP Server Homebrew + Install It
Download Filezilla FTP Server Program + Install It
Install the 1.13 update
Start Blackb0x FTP
Start Filezilla FTP
Connect
Navigate to
dev_hdd0
game
BLUS-30377 (MW2)
USRDIR
replace patch_mp.ff
delete default_mp.self
data transfer
win

there's a search bar and easy search for 1.11 patch or something around those words would of gave it but please request this to be closed.
