3.60 keys has been released,Im sure it will be something sooner or later and yes E3 can downgrade

EpicGaming, the keys that was released will not lead to a cfw, it was the public keys, just letting you know, and yes it's possible to downgrade your ps3 if you got a nor flash drive
I remember I saw a downgrade with no e3 flasher needed, something called a jfw. It works on 3.60 or lower ps3s.

well, a while back there was a supposed downgrade if you were on 3.56 lv0 or lv1 but im not sure which one. but you had to do something like corrupt your hdd and if you did it correctly it would ask you to install any firmware as low as the one that came on your ps3.
