If going from 3.55 ps3 to 4.20/4.21 u dont need a spoofer installed. Just follow the data transfer instructions with internet disabled. You must go thru process without too much hesitation or ur window will timeout. Make sure both are connected via ethernet together and both are viewable on a tv to see the instructions and have patience.

Oh I wasn't aware of that but, if I didn't do it fast enough it timed out on the other ps3.
