your PS3 must be jailbreaked and using Blackb0x to transfer your patches to your hdd :think:

I don't understand how a data transfer can be affected of a non-working blu-ray drive /facepalm
I just bought an e3 flasher and I am downgrading a ps3 with a disc-reader who barely read discs, but it works.
Let's hope we can data transfer, if not I just wasted 100 euro :|
