I have read that some of the clips are complete garbage such as the 360 solderless clip and are not even usable for NOR's. Ive been doing some looking around but I cant seem to find a good review on a clip any where.
Could somebody plz set me in the right direction before I spend to much money ???

Sounds like a scam. The ProgSkeets have to be soldered and the E3's are the NOR clips.
