i need to know

Q 1). now there ps3 jailbreak for version 3.55 so , can i do the jailbreak without buy e3 flasher or i have to buy it ?

Q 2). my ps3 now in last version i think is 4.21 so, can i downgrade from 4.21 to 3.55?

Q 3). if i jailbreak the ps3 , can i mod games like gta iv change cars and hack trophy?

Q 1) - You need some sort of downgrade flasher like the E3 or the ProgSkeet.

Q 2) - Yes. Like I said above, you'll need an E3 Flasher or the ProgSkeet

Q 3) - That I know of, there is a GTA patch that allows for hacks online and offline.

but i cant find E3 Flasher or the ProgSkeet in amazone , ebay or any shopping site

is there any other way

i cant just download custom version of 3.55 and downgrade with use normal fat32 flash

There is no other way to currently downgrade. Also, you can't buy the E3 on Amazon and I'm not sure about eBay.
