i cant pm you but some people are saying there are reverters some saying theres no chance of getting back and i dont know if i should beg for a new ps3 or wait for an official sony update?

OK there is so many people asking for this. *THERE IS NO PS3 4.23 REVERTER!!!!* The only way to do it is by E3 Flasher or progskeet. Find someone in your city that is downgrading PS3. This is the only way, unless you want to wait Sony to make an update, which can take 2/3 months.
