Wh would you wanna data transfer 4.21 to 3.55 . shouldnt be the other way around . but as of today their arent any working 4.21 or the latest firmware spoofer for 3.55 kmeaw or any other jailbroken ps3 .

Is this what your trying to do ? you have to get the 9.99 spoofer enabler/disabler... then data transfer ofw to cfw. but before you data transfer make sure under system info that your version is 9.99... i do believe thats it
