Its better with the 4.21 spoofer as it wont accidentaly update and to uninstall I'm not sure install a different spoofer and then uninstall or do this for sen enabler it should work for either, go here its the spoofer for kmeaw

If it's the SEN enabler to connect to PSN, I believe there's an option to uninstall it by selecting the application from the XMB again. Your PS3 isn't actually on 4.21, it's simply spoofing that version's firmware. No need to panic.
