hello. sometimes i have this problem too when im running a firewall or close the firewall. try to send our registration information again - you find the option (im using it in german language its called "einstellungen") under "settings". then check if you have inserted your email correctly and your registration code. then click onto "send".
which version do you use? - i had sometimes problems with exploder version 1.2.0 - since i have changed to "xploder ultimate" i have less problems with it caused that them servers are sometimes offline for maintenance/services update or what they are doing then. hope you get xploder to run.
