The only thing xploder does is re-sign/encrypt saves from other other people to your account. If I send you a skyrim save, you can use xploder to open my save with your account.

Trophies I earned don't suddently pop up for you though. Most trophies for most games have to be earned by satisfying the condition of the trophy.
