Boot multiMAN

Navigate through multiMAN and find the option to copy the game to your PS3's HDD or an externall HDD

Take the disk out when coping has finnished

Put a different game on and boot the copy of the previous game through multiMAN
It will put you on the playstations XMB, from there go to the game disk and play

NOTE: to boot games with single files that are over 4gb they must be on the internal HDD. You can also use a file manager/FTP to access the copy of the games and delete the PS3_UPDATE as it justs wastes space. I think that having a cobra dongle is the only way to boot PS2/PS games.
