first off all I have to excuse me for my english, I hope you guys can understand everything
I am new in PS3 jailbreaking and I would like to jailbreak my PS3 so I can mod Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (No, I am not a 12 year old kid )


I have read alot of threads about PS3 jailbreaking here but I could not figure out the following:

Is there any way to sign in to PSN with a jailbroken PS3?
Because all of those MW2 hackers have to be online (obviously) to host their challenge lobbies etc.
So there MUST be a way to get online (without getting the console banned or something like that)
Is it because of Sony better to have 2 PS3s a jailbroken one and one with the OFW or is there no risk to get banned?

Could anyone of you guys explain me that and maybe give me a link to a tutorial?

youve just answered your own question, Yes you have to have 2 ps3 and data transfer the patch across

So I have to own 2 PS3, 1 with a jailbreak on it and one with the OFW?
Then I send a patch file via data transfer from the jailbroken to the unjailbroken PS3 with PSN access to be able to host challenge lobbies in MW2 for example?

Yes, You need 2 ps3's (one on 3.55 CFW and the other on OFW) You will need a File manager/FTP server to put the patches on ur jailbroken ps3 (I suggest MultiMan, it's both ), Then data transfer over to your OFW and load the game.

EDIT: Never us Comgenie's because patches sometimes have issues with it and don't save right.
