Yes you will. Honestly I was about to troll you but i put myself in your position and followed a trolls advice and updated my CFW. If you are on 3.55 you cannot jailbreak after that update.

IF IF u update over 3.55 say 4.00 etc... something YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO JAILBREAK so stay at 3.41 or 3.55

3.55 CFW to OFW means more no jailbreak so yes
