You can redownload as many times as you want, but you can only use that certain dlc for 2 or 5 ps3's I think.
Also you don't have to redownload the dlc after data transfer, you just go to account management and press activate console or system and the select activare game and thats it.

DLC is locked to your console and each download does not use up a slot :y:
