I followed all the directions and when I log into the reactpsn account i get an 80028C0B error. I just got this ps3 used and it came with 3.30 when I got it. this ps3 has never been online. My dlc for my games arent showing up either. I think it has something to do with the act.dat file. I can no longer get this file from psn because there is no spoofer for the current firmware 4.21. and the act.dat file that reactpsn creates does not work. I also tried the rap2rif tutorial and that does not work either. I am trying to use the wwe all stars dlc and when I follow all the instructions for either tutorial, the dlc characters are not there! what can I do to make this work? Thanks in advance
