(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey, I'm using a jb ps3 3.41 and I originally transferred the unlimited ammo, perfect shot, one shot kill etc.... mods to my ps3 using filezilla on my pc and the latest version of blackbox on my ps3. I recently attempted to test some other mods and when i did this then data transferred to my other ps3 the game refused to start up. so i reinstalled the original files that i had and still the game refuses to start up... it lets me install all of the common files except for ammo.csv, weapons.csv, and Globaltweak.set... as soon as i transfer one of those the game refuses to start up! ANY IDEAS?

Usually the black screen is caused by corrupt patches.

Check the syntax of the code. Any errors may cause the black screen after you launch the game.

I don't get a 'black screen' what i get is the game loading indicator just going around in circles but the game never loads... It's confusing because I already had these mods (deft) installed for quit some time before deciding to try the other new mods i received... what do you suggest my next step should be?

Socom confrontation is the game. Original mods I loaded were by Deft (which are the mods that I am trying to put back...) like i said before it takes all the files in the common folder except for ammo.csv and weapons.csv it also acts the same when I transfer the globaltweaks.set file as well

possibly saved a file in wrong format or edited it with wrong program. and defts original files were not complete,they were missing a few things that u might of overlooked. u might need to reinstall the game with original install application and start over to see what is missing. or u didnt put ur 1.60 and 1.61 patches back on b4 transfer.

you are right about that. I didn't even know that I was supposed to install those patches... any idea were I can find them
