Amazon won't ship it to the UK.. and from what I read it only works for TWO installs? I reinstall windows on my pc frequently so no use to me.. pity..

because xploder only resigns the save meaning they dont want you to know they have all the sig keys to decrypt the bin files inside the param.pfd to mod your save and charge you for something not worth what its doing when you could edit games if you knew the hex info for that game in piratical, game genie gives you access to that part of the save which xploder will probably never give as it is bypassing a ps3 file system security and im sure sony would love someone to fully release how to do this

both xploder and game genie will be obsolete in a month,

flatz, the guy who did the np license handling for scetool, is going to release his tool, which decrypts/encrypts & resigns savedata, free to the public, as soon as he is done, he will also post info about the algorithym on ps3devwiki.
