I want to transfer my patch from one PS3 to another, but does that means I will loose everything? Is there any way to do it without losing anything?
(My PS3 is new with no files in it)

You will lose your stuff on the 4.21 because its erased before you data transfer, you can make a back up of the 4.21, then data transfer and then put the back back on. Just do a quick back up with a usb or something.

your new ps3 is empty right? that means you wont need to do a backup. just transfer from the 3.55 to the 4.21. the 3.55 will remain the same and the 4.21 will be a carbon copy of the 3.55 you just transferred from.
