So I decided I would play some games, but it doesn't let me boot any game (Fifa 12, MW3, Uncharted)! How can I fix this? I heard that you have to decrypt it, but if do it, will I be able to play the game if I update to 4.21? Thanks

You can't play some games on 3.55, Most ask to update to 3.70+. There are ways to play, such as True Blue dongle . But it's only some games not all.

Im not saying it will or not but why update the ps3? jailbreak it and put patches on it and get a 4.xx ps3 and data transfer and host.. Its so fun hosting CLs and shit
