Hmmm Thats strange. But it does seem that alot of people are having issues ever since the 4.25 Update. Try Disabling the Spoofer

To go from your JB to your 4.25 you need to be a lower firmware, but since you have the 9.99 spoofer on your JB is acually on a higher firmware then the 4.25 so you have to disable the 9.99 then data transfer then re enable the 9.99 and your fine, oh and btw to go from you 4.xx to you JB you can put your JB on a higher or the same firmware as the 4.xx with a spoofer and you can data transfer all your shit to your JB
