Go to the file pf which the region code for bf3 is at. Select the files and copy to usb.

Im pretty sure(not 100%) theres a pkg for bf3 game installer

if ur trying to copy over the bf3 patch(like in mw2?) then u cant with a usb due to it being in the game data utility folder. try to ftp it onto your pc or something.
