I was looking to get back into the Jailbreakin scene, and having sold my JB PS3 a few years ago, I wanted to see if there was a cheaper way I could do it to my current 4.25 OFW ps3 slim.

I'm taking any advice that can be given, and will also appreciate you guys linking me sites to downgrade dongles, and anything else I may need. I prefer not to open my PS3, if that's what I gotta do, then I guess I'll do it. But I really prefer not to solder.

Any information you guys may need, let me know.

Which totals up to like, $100. I was kinda hoping I could get it for cheaper.

Well this is the AVR, and I highly doubt u can get any of this cheaper

Yes, Erik, I know. Like I said, that package including the e3 reader is ~$100, I wanted to do it cheaper. cause if I save another $100-$150, I can get a 3.41 CFW PS3 Slim. No need to downgrade or anything.

Then why don't you just do that? lol the e3 flasher won't be cheaper than that the current price unless its fake.
