im not going to be a dick but tell your son to never EVER give his account out because this WILL happen. if he entered in a birth date that he remember, he can go to forgot password and might be able to get it that way but if not call sony and tell them about it. if your son had downloaded or bought anything on the account, tell that to the sony employee to show them that it is his account and any other info you can give them to show that its really his account. but like i said, tell him to never give his account out!
