is there a way to download my legit bought ps store things?

ive tried it an got an error code 800.... or so..

in my case i have bought all ninja gaiden 3 dlc on my ofw ps3 and i want to play these on my cfw ps3.

a friend of me give me the pkg and rap files of my dlc's but when i use reactpsn i cant get it to work. so i want to download it on cfw but i get thies error code.
