So in a nutshell i want to know if i can get on elite mossy v6 online and working on newest mw2 update.

Anyway, no you cannot host a 1.11 Patch on the 1.13 update.

actually you can do some reading and if you couldnt why would they just release white water v4 as a 1.11 patch? all you need to do is delete the default_mp.self file when you add the new patch and data transfer will not ask to update r anything ready to go.
