i don't thinks that its an ban, cause i got the same error code, but still can create a new account in a nother user profile.
I got a real ban 2 years ago on an OFW PS3 because of some not allowed actions on playstation home, i called sony and get ist confirmed, but with this ps3 i can't create a new psn acount too.
So i think its not a ban, only the trick behind the fck psn getting acces to the psn was getting patched by sony.
I don't think sony banes all the ps3's, sony would like that some of us go back to newest 4.21 so that sony still can earn mone. by baning us thay stil lget no money but don't got the chance that someone returns to OFW

some one with an E3 Flasher should update to newest OFW to test my conjecture, it would answere all our questions on the easyest.

Alright guys GREAT NEWS! None of the errors are console bans! The reason I know that is when I update my ps3 from 3.55kmeaw to 4.25ofw I am able to sign in! So I believe that since some people can still log in is because they didnt try to play any online game (without bypass) so noone detected the Fuckpsn. SO... if any of you guys ever hosted a mw3 xp lobby they detected you and somewhat banned your psn name on any 3.55! So I spoke with the creator of Fuckpsn and guess what!? He found a way to get online again! (but he's not releasing until fully finished :/ ) But thats OK! So noone over react and sell your 3.55ps3 to some guy that will eventually be able to go on psn! And JDixon LOVE YOUR VIDS! <3 xD

man 3.55 consoles is something very unique, i prefer to buy anther PS3 console rather than upgrade from 3.55
