on part 3 it says = Next you need to install a version patch on the jailbroken PS3 to make it 'appear' to be the latest version. As of this posting, I recommend SEN Enabler & Disabler 4.25. Run it on the jailbroken console and enable the patch.

You need a spoofer. Just search for it.

What it does is it basically makes your system appear as being on 4.25 (when it is not). If you have any more trouble pm me and ill see if i can help
