Post: Moving patches without jailbreak?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey all, I've been trying to find a way to move patches without jailbreaking.
I understand the basics of why you have to jailbreak to do it, but from what I've seen, is there a way I can just run FileZilla FTP Server to my PS3 and move a patch over?
I know it sounds a bit confusing but I'd really rather not jailbreak my system.
I just want to move a patch over for my campaign game and jailbreaking is a bit excessive for just that lol.

Not possible , the only way is to have a jailbroken ps3.I dont know what game you are talking about , but if your talking about call of duty modern warfare 3 you can use a savegame to mod campaign by using Xploder.

Shit. I wanted to do it for CoSad Awesome WaW for campaign or co-op campaign.. :(
Thanks anyways though.. is there a jailbreak for the latest update atleast?
I never wanted to jailbreak because well, obviously, Sony rolls out updates for security reasons and other reasons and I'd rather not be at any sort of risk, of anything, no matter how small. Better safe than sorry.

Like CIEN mentioned, you can use Xploder: In his words: "you can use a savegame to mod campaign by using Xploder."
