Simple Idk if you can play it below 3.65 but give it a shot if you desire.

Look up Ratchet and Clank collection ps3 .pkg

Go to intsall package files and just download it

Data transfer it to your main ps3 (thats above 3.65)

And you should be able to play and online if it has multiplayer
