But i thought about it i had looked on ebay and amazon most of them i found on 3.55 where already jailbroken so they costed more then usual . So i thought what if i just go into whatever gamestore e.x ( gamestop ) and just buy a ps3 . The problem is i myself do not now if it can already be updated by the time i buy it or what firmware it will be on when i buy it So i was wondering if anyone can help me out if they now if it can or cant be updated

your question is not to clear but my best answer would be that if you wanted to get one from the store it would most likely be on 3.70 firmware so if your looking to jailbreak then i would look on ebay or cregslist... i got lucky and found mine at a resale shop on firmware 3.50... just look around you can find one for cheap
