So I assume I would need atleast 1 savefile and possibly a SEN account for MP trophies.

But how do I put the save files from 2 PS3 profiles/accounts on one USB?
I can't have 2 maps called PS3 > SAVEDATA, right?
How do I do that without making it too confused for me?

Some trophies don't just pop up at same time. But I know what you mean about ppl thinking your a hacker, but nobody knows I do it. I doubt there gonna look at my trophy dates and tell me about it.

As far as your question I think you need a jailbreak ps3.

For the same game you can do it with 2 usb flash drive, one per account.

OK thanks for the help guys! Just have to buy a 2nd USB stick. Luckily those are pretty cheap.
