,Is there any type of usb download? And would it be safe (No ban) ?

Only way to possibly downgrade is a E3 flasher and you cant get ban for downgrading a PS3 lol.

nope the e3 flasher is the only way

e3 is the only way but for what it costs you might be able to pick up a ps3 on low firmware(below 3.55) on ebay or craigslist....i have seen a few going under 120
