after 3.55 you can't jailbreak . you will have to downgrade your device with an E3 flasher

I'm a noob lol but from what I read you have to be on 3.55 to be able to get the higher cfw because the exploit was patched on firmwares above 3.55. Someone might correct me so wait until someone does cause I am a noob. :rolleyes:

you need a e3 flasher if you want to get a 4.21 cfw, you will need to downgrade to 3.55 and jailbreak then install the 4.21 cfw or whatever you want :carling:

Fuck, someone should state that you NEED to be on 3.55 to do the 4.21 cfw... it seemed like anyone with a system below the 4.21 OFW could do it. How much are e3 flashers? I really don't want to solder but I might.

It never hurts to research. Also E3 flashers require some skill to install, Jailbreaks are becoming more and more rare. Sony is getting sick of hackers, So there doing everything they can to patch CFW. So by the time you got CFW to work it would be patched :lol:

not really, on the guy who answered your question above they can never patch a 3.55 cfw or 4.21 cfw its already their, they can change the keys thats it, not patch your ps3 to not be able to jailbreak, but I doubt that their will ever be cfw again that does not require 3.55 to be installed again.
