Of what I've read so far, 4.21 CFW causes bricks on previously downgraded ps3s.

This is some BS I just upload a new 4.30 CFW version and they said it can't be post because it has to be approve by a moderator SMH

i never downgrade my ps3 nor do i use dex.....i always have kmeaw but recently i also installed 355CEXKAMELPSNACCESS.PUP and replaces these ps3 files with ftp
dev_blind/vsh/vsh.self
dev_/blind/etc/index.dat
dev_blind/etc/version.txt

i installed it for psn access so i don't know replacing these files earlier may also cause brick if i install 4.21 cfw but now i am back on kmeaw so i don't want to take risk unless someone conform 4.21 cfw working on this model

those files are what is in the .................... firmware when you update it to 4.21CFW those files get replaced to spoof 4.25

Just wait for for Rogero to release a new version of his 4.21 cfw, as this one has a high chance of bricking and those files you mentioned won't alter the ps3 to brick so just wait for an update.

They have to make sure it is not a fake and brick ps3's.

i think i will wait for a 4.21 cfw update from rogero but i would still love to know if someone had successfully installed the cfw on this model

any idea who can fix my brick ps3 after updated on ROGERO 4.21 CFW...any video tuturial?
