when going from 3.55 to 4.30 u only need to disable ur internet on both systems,no spoofer needed. but when going from a higher firmware to a lower u need a 9.99 spoofer. in ur particlar case u dont need one.

make sure you start the data transfer on both ps3 at the same time. If you do it to slow it won't work.

i am trying to transfer my slim ofw 4.30 data to kmeaw cfw 3.55 spoofed with 9.99......its letting me but says all data will be erased on the 3.55 to be formatted. My question is if i do the transfer from 4.30 ofw to 3.55 cfw will i lose the jailbreak? is it gonna update the cfw to ofw or just transfer my data?

u dont use any spoofer if its 3.55 to 4.30OFW, only spoofer if you are transferring from 4.30 OFW to 3.55
