Gran Turismo 5.

I've sunk numerous hours into this game. Once you get to a certain level you can unlock endurance races. These races last 2,4,6,8 and 24 hours. The races are also the full length not simulated like in other games. So if you did the 24 hours of Le Mans you would have to play for a full 24 hours (well you can pause the game for breaks).

Assassin's Creed series.

If you're good at these type of games, you could probably complete all of them within a month.
