yes but you need a spoofer for your 3.55 so it says 4.30 or more then you can data transfer if your 3.55 says it's on 3.55 it will ask you to update so that's why you need a spoofer
yer true, i was just reading another thread and it said that you just use this spoofer and then f#ckpsn but like you said sony could have patched it |:|
