Not Possible, Unless You Get E3 Flasher

I know you're new and all that, but at least take the time to look around the forum and see where this thread fits the best. Obviously you don't want this as your first impression on the members of this site. So next time I suggest looking around then posting.

There is no method yet besides the e3 flasher which requires you to open your ps3 console. As well patch blocker is a program that blocks current game patches so you can play on the ones before it. No you cannot mod cod4, unless you do the MP/CP method which requires you to copy codes and replace the previous ones in the cod4 save data. Basically you won't have the cool menus or anything like that. This method is always buggy and might crash the game time to time. You can join online matches with other people that have bypassed the patch for cod4, mw2 so you will for sure end up in a modded lobby if that is what you are aiming for.
